1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Komora application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Komora is a digital inventory tool that helps users catalog personal items (tools, medicines, collections, etc.) using manual input and Artificial Intelligence.
3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
3.1. Medical Disclaimer
Komora is not a medical device. The App may be used to catalog medicines ("Medicine Cabinet"), however:
- Any AI-generated suggestions regarding medication usage, dosage, or symptoms are for informational purposes only.
- Never rely on the App for medical advice.
- Always check the physical packaging and expiration dates before use.
- Consult a professional doctor for any health concerns.
3.2. AI Limitations
The App uses AI (Google Gemini) to recognize items and generate advice (e.g., recipes, repair tips). AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data and advice provided by the App before acting on it.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Billing: Subscriptions ("Pro", "Family") are billed in advance on a recurring basis via your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- Cross-Platform: A subscription is tied to your Komora account and is valid across all supported platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via your device settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload illegal content, malware, or content that violates the rights of third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that data will be stored indefinitely and are not responsible for the loss of your physical items, even if they were cataloged in the App.
